Software Engineer II

Role Overview

R1 RCM India is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET technologies. This role focuses on building intelligent, AI-driven, and agent-based systems, including autonomous/LLM-based workflows and multi-agent frameworks, integrated with enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using C#, .NET, and related technologies.
• Build and integrate AI-powered and agentic workflows using LLMs, orchestration frameworks, and APIs.
• Develop autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for workflow automation and decision-making.
• Develop and optimize SQL and NoSQL database schemas, queries, and procedures.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with front-end technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Angular or React.
• Integrate AI services such as OpenAI or Azure OpenAI into enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in full stack development with C# and .NET (ASP.NET, .NET Core).
• Hands-on experience in Agentic AI development, including building AI agents, copilots, and working with LLMs.
• Proficiency with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
• Strong knowledge of SQL (MS SQL Server, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cosmos DB).
• Experience with front-end frameworks like Angular or React.
• Proficiency in writing unit tests using NUnit, MSTest, or xUnit.
