Role Overview

R1 RCM India is a recognized leader in healthcare revenue cycle management, committed to making healthcare simpler through innovative services. We are looking for a Test Automation Engineer with 4-8 years of experience to join our inclusive and fast-growing team, helping to transform the healthcare industry through high-quality engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Playwright and C#.
• Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, strategies, scenarios, and cases.
• Perform comprehensive manual testing, including exploratory, regression, and integration testing.
• Develop automated test suites for UI, API, and end-to-end workflows.
• Conduct Performance Testing, Security Testing, and Non-Functional Testing.
• Validate application functionality across web applications, APIs, databases, and cloud environments.
• Perform root cause analysis and collaborate with development teams for defect resolution.
• Generate quality metrics, defect trends, and test execution status reports.

Requirements

• Strong experience in Test Automation using Playwright.
• Expertise in Test Case Design, Planning, and Strategy.
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing (Functional, Integration, Regression, etc.).
• Experience in API Testing using Postman or Swagger.
• Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter, k6, or LoadRunner.
• Knowledge of Security Testing and OWASP guidelines.
• Strong programming skills in C#/.NET.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and SQL querying.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and AI-assisted tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
