Role Overview

Raktika, a health technology venture under RootNova Technologies Pvt. Ltd., is transforming hormonal and biochemical testing through AI-powered, standalone diagnostic systems. The Outreach Intern will support community and stakeholder outreach by engaging with clinics, labs, healthcare professionals, and potential partners to raise awareness about Raktika's diagnostic solutions in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing outreach campaigns.
• Conduct basic market and user research.
• Prepare outreach materials and documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from interested stakeholders.
• Maintain records of outreach activities and coordinate meetings or demonstrations.
• Provide field feedback to product and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in community outreach and writing.
• Ability to conduct research on market needs and user feedback.
• Interest in healthcare, diagnostics, or public health.
• Ability to learn technical concepts related to AI and point-of-care testing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai.
