AI Automation Engineer (LLM, Agents & Full-Stack Development)

Role Overview

As an AI Automation Engineer, you will design, build, and maintain AI-driven systems that automate business processes across procurement, customer support, quoting, operations, email management, and internal workflows. You will work directly with large language models, build AI agents, integrate enterprise systems, and develop agentic workflows capable of reasoning, planning, and executing tasks autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered business automation systems using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI
• Develop multi-agent systems and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
• Build and maintain scalable REST APIs using Node.js and Express
• Integrate various APIs including Microsoft Graph, Gmail, and Outlook
• Build React.js dashboards and operational interfaces
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS using services like Lambda and Bedrock

Requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills
• Production experience with Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and MongoDB
• Experience integrating LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or AWS Bedrock
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain or AutoGen
• Understanding of prompt engineering and structured outputs
