UI/UX Designer & Product QA Executive

Role Overview

Rarefiction Media is seeking a UI/UX Designer & Product QA Executive to join our Process Automation & Technology Team. This role is designed for a professional who enjoys both designing intuitive digital products and identifying functional problems through rigorous quality assurance. You will contribute to the design of web applications, dashboards, and automation systems while ensuring they function correctly before deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design web applications, dashboards, internal tools, and business interfaces using high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Create user flows, wireframes, and responsive interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components and design systems.
• Test web applications, automation workflows, and user journeys to identify and document bugs.
• Perform functional, regression, and responsive testing across different screen sizes.
• Verify API-connected features and conduct final quality checks before deployment.
• Work closely with MERN Stack Developers to ensure visual accuracy and implementation quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, UI/UX, Computer Science, IT, or a related field (strong portfolios will be considered in place of formal qualifications).
• Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Knowledge of responsive web design and usability.
• Basic knowledge of manual software testing and bug reporting.
• Strong visual and analytical thinking with high attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with developers and automation specialists.
