Job Description

What you'll do:

Lead full-stack development using React.js and Java

Own code quality through reviews and best practices

Partner with product managers & designers on solution design

Mentor junior developers and guide technical decisions

Drive adoption of new tech to improve performance & UX

What we're looking for:

6+ years of strong experience in React (front-end) and Java (back-end)

Proven track record leading software development projects

Solid grasp of RESTful APIs & Microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with Git/version control

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
