Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced MERN Stack Developer who can independently develop, maintain and optimize modern web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js and Node.js. This is a full-time, remote contract position for 6-12 months.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using the MERN stack
- Build REST APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js
- Create responsive and reusable React.js components
- Work closely with Product and QA teams
- Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
- Debug and optimize application performance
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
Requirements
- 4–5 years of hands-on MERN Stack experience
- Strong JavaScript (ES6+) knowledge
- Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Proficiency with Git and version control
- Software/Test Automation experience is a MUST
- Experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Immediate joiner only
- Fluent English communication skills
