Tech Intern

Role Overview

Resollect is rebuilding the debt recovery industry in India using smart automation, clean design, and AI. We are looking for Tech Interns for a 6-month commitment (aimed at 2026/27 grads) to build real, shipped features across the full stack. This is a high-agency role where you will work closely with the product and engineering teams to turn problems into working solutions in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features across the stack, including backend logic and frontend UI
• Write clean, working code and iterate based on real usage
• Debug and fix issues in the live product
• Work with AI/LLM APIs to integrate intelligence into the product
• Write basic technical documentation for maintained code
• Participate in product and client conversations to understand user needs

Requirements

• Solid programming fundamentals in languages like Python, JavaScript, or Java
• A builder's instinct with personal projects, hackathons, or tools built outside of class
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to solve rough problems
• High agency and the ability to debug blockers independently
• Clear communication skills for standups and documentation
• Genuine curiosity about AI/LLMs

Nice to Have

• A GitHub profile or portfolio of live projects
• Experience with modern web frameworks like React, Next.js, FastAPI, Django, or Node.js
• Exposure to AI/LLM APIs or prompt engineering
• Interest in fintech or legal-tech
