Associate Software Engineer

Role Overview

At ResultFlow.ai, we build AI that helps ecommerce stores convert more of their visitors into customers. We are a small, fast-moving team that makes decisions with data and ships quickly. We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer: someone at the start of their career who learns fast, thinks clearly, and wants to build across the whole stack rather than in one narrow corner.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features across the full stack, including the browser/frontend, backend APIs, databases, and data pipelines.
• Deploy and manage software in production environments.
• Work with AI systems and LLM APIs to power core product features.
• Use AI coding tools effectively while maintaining deep understanding of all shipped code.
• Participate in a data-driven culture, using evidence to drive decisions and experiments.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and deploy an end-to-end project that is live and accessible.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity.
• Comfort writing code in any language (Python preferred).
• Understanding of web fundamentals: page loading, APIs, and data storage/querying.
• Genuine curiosity and a questioning, data-driven mindset.
• Clear communication skills to explain technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Deployment experience on AWS or similar cloud platforms.
• Exposure to databases, data engineering, or building with AI and LLM APIs.
• Open source contributions, internships, or significant side projects.
