reverseBits is seeking a passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with 1+ years of professional experience (excluding internships) in building web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

The ideal candidate should have strong JavaScript fundamentals, a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, and experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into functional web application features.
• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js.
• Build and maintain backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB and MySQL databases for application development and data management.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and reusable code following development best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.
• Assist in maintaining production applications and resolving support-related issues.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team during deployments and release activities.
