Full Stack Developer Intern

Role Overview

Join Reward360 (R360) Global Services as a Full Stack Developer Intern in Bangalore. R360 builds the commerce, points, and engagement infrastructure for major banks like HDFC, ICICI, and Axis Bank. You will contribute to high-performance software used by millions of customers in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Build real product features across a Django/PostgreSQL backend and a React/TypeScript frontend.
• Develop APIs that integrate with banking systems, mobile apps, and partner platforms.
• Work with PostgreSQL to design schemas and write efficient queries.
• Deploy and test applications on AWS with guidance from the engineering team.
• Debug issues across the stack, from frontend UI to backend services and database queries.
• Collaborate with engineers, product, and design teams to turn requirements into working software.
• Write clean, maintainable code, tests, and documentation.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience, including internships, academic projects, or strong personal projects.
• Working knowledge of Python and Django.
• Familiarity with React and TypeScript.
• Basic understanding of PostgreSQL or relational databases.
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, HTTP, REST APIs, and basic authentication concepts.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AWS, Docker, or CI/CD.
• Built and deployed a full-stack project.
• Exposure to fintech, payments, or loyalty systems.
• Familiarity with LLM-based developer tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code.
