PHP Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PHP, MySQL, and web application development, with a strong understanding of backend programming and API integration. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing web applications while working closely with our development and QA teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP.
• Build and integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.
• Develop and maintain applications using frameworks such as Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Work with MySQL databases, including queries, optimization, and database design.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance issues, and application errors.
• Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and QA teams.
• Use Git/GitHub for source-code management.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of professional experience in PHP development.
• Strong knowledge of Core PHP and OOP concepts.
• Experience with Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar PHP frameworks.
• Good knowledge of MySQL and relational databases.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
• Experience working with REST APIs and JSON.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
