Software Engineer

Role Overview

As a Software Engineer at RiVirtual, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions supporting real estate intelligence, digital transformation platforms, and FinTech/PropTech products. You will implement back-end services and APIs, integrate data sources, and optimize system performance and scalability in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement back-end services and APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.
• Integrate data sources and third-party tools.
• Optimize system performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and data teams.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development principles.
• Proficiency in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
• Experience with Back-End Web Development, including APIs and databases.
• Knowledge of modern development tools, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with security best practices.
• Interest or experience in real estate, FinTech, or PropTech domains.
