As a Graduate Intern – Software Engineering, you will work in a full-stack, product-focused environment where you will learn, build, experiment, and contribute to meaningful technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams to understand user needs and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining applications across full-stack environments.
- Work on web, mobile, analytics, data engineering, or platform-related projects based on business and team priorities.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of experienced engineers.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, sprint ceremonies, and team collaboration sessions.
- Learn and apply modern software engineering practices, including agile development, CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-based development.
- Explore and adopt new programming languages, frameworks, and tools as needed to solve business problems effectively.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for performance, reliability, and usability.
- Contribute to proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and innovation initiatives.
- Demonstrate ownership, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset throughout the internship.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- Strong understanding of programming fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Hands-on academic, internship, or project experience with at least one programming language such as Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C#, C++, or Go.
- Basic understanding of front-end and/or back-end development concepts.
- Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to changing technical requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
