Role Overview
Join RONO Hub and help us create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that make a real impact. This is a full-time, in-person role based in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user and stakeholder interviews to understand business requirements.
- Create user journeys, personas, user flows, and information architecture.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate with product, business, and development teams.
- Conduct usability reviews and improve user experiences.
- Deliver accessible, intuitive, and visually engaging interfaces.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong expertise in user research and human-centered design.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Good understanding of usability principles and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
