Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We're looking for a full stack developer to build and maintain our CRM platform — a React frontend backed by Node.js/Express APIs and a PostgreSQL database, deployed on AWS. You'll work across the full stack: building UI features, designing and extending APIs, writing database migrations, and deploying your own changes. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable owning a feature from design to production. This is fully an in-office job. No WFH.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features in a React/TypeScript web application
• Design, build, and maintain REST APIs using Node.js and Express
• Design database schemas and write migrations for a PostgreSQL database
• Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and participate in code review
• Package and deploy services with Docker to cloud infrastructure
• Debug and resolve issues across the stack, including in production
• Collaborate with other developers on shared code and data

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills
• Experience with React or a similar frontend framework
• Experience with Node.js and building REST APIs
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Working knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS preferred)
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development workflows

Nice to Have

• Experience with an ORM such as Sequelize, Prisma, or TypeORM
• Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS applications
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with real-time features (WebSockets)
• Exposure to mobile app backends or cross-platform teams
