Job Title: Backend Operations Executive (Placement Data Management)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Operations Executive to manage and maintain placement-related data accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, and the ability to handle confidential information with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain placement-related records and databases.
• Update student, employer, and placement data regularly.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation using Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Verify data accuracy and ensure timely updates.
• Coordinate with the placement team for data collection and reporting.
• Generate MIS reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Organize and archive placement-related files and records.
• Support backend administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of data entry, formatting, formulas, filters, pivot tables, and report preparation in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in placement data management or backend operations.
• Familiarity with MIS reporting and database management.
