Role Overview
Worked as a Web Developer responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing responsive websites and web applications for the organization and its associated projects.
Responsibilities
- Developed and maintained responsive, user-friendly websites using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and WordPress.
- Built and customized web pages based on business requirements, ensuring cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.
- Developed dynamic web interfaces and reusable components using React.js and modern frontend development practices.
- Worked with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs for backend and web application development.
- Integrated and managed databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL based on project requirements.
- Worked with Elementor and WordPress for website development, customization, content updates, and maintenance.
- Managed website hosting, domains, subdomains, DNS configurations, backups, and deployment activities using hosting platforms such as Hostinger and GoDaddy.
- Performed website troubleshooting, bug fixing, performance optimization, and security-related maintenance.
- Worked with Git and GitHub for version control and project management.
- Implemented basic SEO practices, including website structure optimization, sitemap management, and Google Search Console monitoring.
- Identified and resolved website issues such as broken pages, configuration errors, suspicious files, and indexing-related problems.
- Collaborated with internal teams to understand requirements and deliver web solutions within deadlines.
- Maintained and updated multiple company websites and web-based projects according to changing business requirements.
Requirements
- Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js and Express.js.
- Ability to manage databases like MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor.
- Knowledge of hosting, DNS, and deployment processes.
- Experience with version control using Git and GitHub.
