Associate Software Engineer

Role Overview

RSquareSoft Technologies is looking for an Associate Software Engineer with a strong foundation in Python, React, and AWS. This role involves developing responsive user interfaces, building backend services, integrating APIs, and deploying scalable applications in a cloud-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and React.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using Python.
• Develop reusable, responsive, and maintainable UI components using React.
• Work with AWS services for application deployment, storage, compute, and integration.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established development standards.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Troubleshoot application, API, performance, and production issues.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and continuous improvement activities.
• Follow software development lifecycle, version control, security, and deployment best practices.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, or API Gateway.
• Good understanding of databases and SQL.
• Experience with Git and standard software development workflows.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Exposure to TypeScript, React Hooks, or state management libraries.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AWS serverless architecture.
