Contract Software Engineer

Role Overview

Saatvik Agro is looking for a Contract Software Engineer for an on-site contractual opportunity. This role is suitable for fresh graduates and experienced professionals interested in working across software development, backend development, web applications, APIs, databases, automation, enterprise systems, and digital transformation. You will work closely with various business teams to develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications and digital solutions based on project and business requirements.
• Work closely with IT, data, operations, production, finance, supply chain, sales, and other business teams.
• Support digital transformation and enterprise system improvements.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 0–5 years of experience (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
• Basic to good knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, C#, C++, or PHP.
• Understanding of data structures, object-oriented programming, databases, and APIs.
• Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or MongoDB is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs, web services, and Git.
• Strong logical, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
