Full Stack Software Engineer

Role Overview

Sahajseva Digital Consultancy LLP is a nine-member product and delivery firm building enterprise software for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work on enterprise platform modernisation and patient engagement platforms, owning features end-to-end across React, Node.js, and Java Spring Boot environments.

Responsibilities

• Build responsive React interfaces including admin consoles, dashboards, and clinician portals
• Develop Node.js (Express/NestJS) REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven flows
• Develop Java Spring Boot services using JPA/Hibernate and Spring Security
• Reverse-engineer legacy schemas and design relational SQL schemas
• Support data migration and cutover processes using dual-write patterns
• Build integrations with client APIs, messaging gateways, and lab/payer feeds
• Deploy and operate services on AWS (EC2/ECS, RDS, S3, Lambda)
• Write tests, review code, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Handle sensitive health data in compliance with DPDP Act and security policies

Requirements

• 2–3 years of full-stack development experience with end-to-end ownership of a production system
• Proficiency in React, TypeScript, and state management
• Experience with Node.js (Express or NestJS) and REST API design
• Experience with Java 11+ and Spring Boot
• Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) including query optimisation
• Hands-on experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms
• Proficiency with Git, Docker, and debugging complex codebases
