Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Python API Developer with 2+ years of professional experience in developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and backend applications.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using Python.
- Build backend services using FastAPI or Flask.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Work with relational/NoSQL databases and optimize queries.
- Implement authentication, authorization, validation, error handling, and API security.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Perform API testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
- Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
- Improve API performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Maintain technical documentation for APIs and backend services.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Proven experience with Python and RESTful APIs.
- Ability to work in person.
