UI/UX Designer cum Developer(Part time)(In Person)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer cum Developer for a part-time, in-person role. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and development, translating business requirements into intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user experiences.
• Design wireframes, user journeys, dashboards, and application screens in Figma.
• Create modern, clean, and user-friendly UI designs aligned with SaaS best practices.
• Develop interactive prototypes for stakeholder review.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system and reusable UI components.
• Convert approved Figma designs into responsive HTML/CSS using Bootstrap 5.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Optimize UI for performance, accessibility, and usability.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end pages.
• Maintain consistency across the application's visual design and user experience.
• Participate in design discussions and recommend UI/UX improvements.
• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, CRM, ERP, or SaaS applications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.
• Strong expertise in Figma.
• Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles and modern design trends.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap 5.
• Experience creating responsive layouts.
• Good understanding of JavaScript for UI interactions.
• Ability to create reusable UI components.
• Experience designing dashboards, admin panels, CRM, ERP, or SaaS applications.
• Strong knowledge of typography, spacing, color systems, and visual hierarchy.
• Familiarity with accessibility and responsive design best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
