AI Automation Engineer

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-native builder — someone who uses AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to go from idea to working product fast. You will build intelligent automation workflows, internal tools, and AI-powered features that reduce manual work across the organisation. What matters here is not years of experience but what you have actually built and shipped.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship real internal tools — CRMs, dashboards, trackers, and utilities — using AI coding tools.
• Build automation workflows through AI prompting that reduce repetitive manual work across teams.
• Use prompt engineering to get accurate, reliable, production-quality results from AI tools.
• Take a business problem, break it down, and turn it into a working solution — idea to prototype to product.
• Test and refine what you build until it works well in real daily use.
• Document your work clearly so others can understand and maintain it.
• Stay current with new AI automation tools, APIs, and frameworks.

Requirements

• Prompt engineering — the core skill of a vibe coder.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
• Programming fundamentals in stacks like JavaScript, Node.js, Python, or MERN/MEAN.
• Proficiency with Git & GitHub.
• 1–2 years of AI development experience, or 2–3 years as a software developer in web or full-stack technologies.
• A GitHub or portfolio of real projects you’ve built.
