Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Full Stack AI Engineer to join our startup and build production-ready AI applications from end to end. We're less concerned about years of experience and more interested in the quality of projects you've built and your ability to ship.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building multi-agent AI systems and orchestration workflows
• Developing and optimizing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Building document extraction and processing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
• Fine-tuning and evaluating LLMs
• Developing backend APIs and integrating AI services into modern web applications
• Building intuitive frontend interfaces for AI-powered products
• Deploying, monitoring, and maintaining AI applications in production

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience through personal, open-source, freelance, or professional projects involving multi-agent orchestration, RAG pipelines, and document extraction pipelines
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub/GitLab workflows
• Comfortable using AI development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
• Strong problem-solving skills and an ownership mindset

Nice to Have

• LLM fine-tuning
• Good understanding of backend development and modern frontend frameworks
• Familiarity with CI/CD, AWS EC2, and Amazon Bedrock
