React Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on React JS Developer to build and maintain web applications and internal product platforms used by enterprise clients across supply chain, manufacturing, life sciences, CPG and industrial sectors. You will own front-end delivery end to end — from component design through to production release — working closely with backend, data and consulting teams across India, ANZ, the US and Europe.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and ship responsive, production-grade web applications using React JS.
• Translate wireframes, mock-ups and functional specifications into clean, reusable, component-based UI.
• Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs; handle authentication, error states, pagination and large data sets.
• Manage application state using Redux Toolkit, Context API or React Query.
• Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library) and maintain code coverage standards.
• Optimise application performance — bundle size, lazy loading, memoisation and render profiling.
• Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards and mentor junior developers.
• Work in Agile sprints and coordinate with QA and DevOps for build, deployment and defect resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation for components, APIs and deployment steps.

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years of professional front-end development, with at least 3 years hands-on in React JS.
• Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5 and CSS3.
• React fundamentals: functional components, Hooks, custom hooks, component lifecycle, props/state and context.
• State management using Redux / Redux Toolkit or equivalent.
• REST API integration (Axios / Fetch); solid understanding of JSON, promises and async/await.
• Responsive and cross-browser development; CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Bootstrap or Material UI.
• Version control with Git.
• Build tooling: Vite / Webpack / Babel, with npm or yarn.
• Debugging and performance profiling using browser dev tools and React DevTools.
• B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
