AI Engineer - Gen AI

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers - Gen AI to join our team. You will focus on building advanced applications leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, and agentic workflows to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models.
• Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, including document processing, chunking, and semantic search.
• Build Agentic AI systems incorporating tool calling, reasoning loops, and autonomous execution.
• Implement complex workflows using orchestration frameworks to manage task decomposition and human-in-the-loop flows.

Requirements

• Strong programming proficiency in Python, including OOP, APIs, and modular application development.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, embeddings, and tokenization.
• Deep understanding of Vector Databases, hybrid search, and reranking strategies.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or a related engineering field.
