AI Engineer - Gen AI

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers - Gen AI to join our team. You will focus on building cutting-edge applications leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, and agentic workflows to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop modular applications using Python with a focus on robust programming practices.
• Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures including document processing, chunking, and semantic search.
• Build and orchestrate Agentic AI systems utilizing tool calling, reasoning loops, and autonomous execution.
• Optimize AI application performance through prompt engineering, embeddings, and context window management.

Requirements

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a relevant engineering field.
• Strong proficiency in Python (APIs, OOP, data structures, and debugging).
• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering.
• Practical exposure to RAG architectures and vectorization strategies.
• Experience with agentic concepts like task decomposition and workflow orchestration.
