AI Engineer - Gen AI

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled AI Engineers - Gen AI to join our team. You will focus on building advanced applications leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models, and agentic workflows to solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering.
• Design and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures, including document processing, chunking, and semantic search.
• Build agentic AI systems incorporating tool calling, planning, and autonomous execution.
• Implement workflow orchestration and human-in-the-loop flows for complex AI tasks.

Requirements

• Strong programming capability in Python, including data structures, APIs, and modular application development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, tokenization, and structured outputs.
• Deep understanding of RAG components: vectorization, hybrid search, and reranking.
• Practical exposure to agentic concepts like reasoning loops and task decomposition.
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, AI, Data Science, or a related engineering field.
