Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy AI agents for business and creative workflows.
• Design AI-powered automation solutions for client requirements.
• Contribute to customer acquisition through outreach, lead generation, and product demonstrations.
• Support business development by identifying potential customers and partnership opportunities.
• Develop AI-assisted video production workflows using Generative AI tools.
• Create AI-generated marketing, training, and promotional video content.
• Perform market research and Data Analytics to support business decisions.
• Build prompt libraries, AI workflows, and reusable automation systems.
• Collaborate with product, research, and creative teams to improve AI solutions.
• Document AI workflows, experiments, and best practices.

Requirements

• Passion for Artificial Intelligence, Software Development, or Automation.
• Interest in Film, Media, Storytelling, or Video Production.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to engage in rapid prototyping and "vibe coding".
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.
• A growth mindset with an interest in entrepreneurship and business development.

Fellowship Details

• Duration: 3–18 Months.
• Compensation: Initial 45-60 days are unpaid; transition to hourly paid compensation upon securing a paying client.
• Working Hours: 24–32 hours per week during academic coursework; 36–48 hours per week during breaks.
