Trainee - Product Engineer

Role Overview

Join Seclore, a Data Security Intelligence company, as a Trainee Product Engineer. You will join a team of superheroes safeguarding data for over 500 global enterprises. This role is designed for risk-takers and innovators who want to solve complex challenges in data security and build products that behave reliably across diverse, uncontrolled environments.

Responsibilities

• Own problems from inception to resolution, ensuring they are truly solved for the customer.
• Build and ship components of a high-stakes security product.
• Design testing and validation methods to ensure work survives real-world deployment.
• Debug complex issues using log files and unfamiliar environments.
• Automate repetitive tasks and processes through tool building.
• Collaborate across the entire engineering organization and participate in technical discussions.

Requirements

• Ability to work across the full stack, including interfaces, APIs, agents, and OS-level layers.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies and domains rapidly.
• Strong analytical skills to reason through symptoms and log files to find root causes.
• An instinct for automation and building scripts or utilities.
• AI-native approach: using AI for writing, testing, and debugging while understanding its limitations.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical reasoning and decision-making processes.
• A results-oriented mindset focused on shipping finished, working projects.
