Junior Full-Stack Engineer

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, build-and-learn role for a Junior Full-Stack Engineer early in their career. You will work across Serein’s marketing site and customer-facing learning platform, building landing pages, maintaining web properties, and contributing to a product used by over 500 organisations globally.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain pages on the marketing site using WordPress and Elementor, extending them with custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Convert Figma mockups into clean, responsive web pages.
• Perform frontend tasks, bug fixes, and small feature additions on the customer-facing learning platform.
• Collaborate with content teams to publish and structure learning content within the LMS.
• Participate in code reviews and pick up new technologies across the stack as required.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of professional experience (internships or freelance experience included).
• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with at least one frontend framework such as React, Vue, or Svelte.
• Exposure to backend development using Node.js, Django, or PHP.
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.
• Proficiency with Git and terminal environments.
