Role Overview

SSGGG Fund Services Inc. (SGGG-FSI) is seeking an energetic and reliable Jr Software QA Engineer to join our software development team. You will contribute to the development of industry-leading financial services software, working under the direction of the Vice President & Product Owner to execute manual tests and enhance an investment fund accounting system. This role involves working within an agile team, utilizing AI tools to accelerate testing activities, and collaborating with business analysts and end-users.

Responsibilities

• Work with Business Analysts and Developers to write and execute manual test cases.
• Perform functional testing to validate software applications against requirements.
• Use approved AI-assisted testing tools to speed up test design, documentation, and scenario coverage.
• Execute regression testing to ensure defect resolution and system stability.
• Collaborate with the QA team to enhance testing processes and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot software issues and write manual test plans for quality control.

Requirements

• University Degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Basic experience with software testing (academic or professional).
• Hands-on experience working with relational database systems, preferably SQL Server.
• Strong attention to detail and superior communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
