Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of the Group Website and digital platforms. The role involves front-end and back-end development, UI/UX design, website performance optimization, API integration, and continuous improvement of the user experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance the Group Website and other digital platforms.
• Build new website features and functionalities as per business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance concerns.
• Ensure website security, responsiveness, speed, and uptime.
• Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications and convert UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect pages.
• Develop and maintain backend applications, APIs, and databases.
• Design and improve website UI/UX based on business and user requirements.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Business, IT, QA, and external vendors.
• Stay updated with modern web development, UI/UX, and AI-assisted development tools.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development, Website Development, or Digital Product Development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET, or PHP.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, databases, Git, and web hosting/server management.
• Hands-on experience in UI/UX design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of responsive design, website optimization, SEO, and web security.
