Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

Our Client is a fast-growing D2C health and hygiene brand featured on Shark Tank India. We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to own and elevate our entire commerce experience. You will build and maintain our e-commerce experience end-to-end, crafting backend services in Node.js, customizing our Shopify storefront with Liquid, and building interactive interfaces with React.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Develop and customize the Shopify storefront using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build custom Shopify apps and internal tools with React.
• Integrate third-party services, payment gateways, logistics, and Shopify APIs.
• Optimize storefront performance, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
• Improve checkout and post-purchase experiences through growth experiments and A/B tests.
• Implement responsive, accessible, and cross-browser-compatible UI components.
• Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews.
• Debug production issues and improve reliability, security, and scalability.

Requirements

• 6 month+ years of professional full stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and building RESTful or GraphQL APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify Liquid and theme development.
• Solid React skills, including hooks and state management.
• Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with the Shopify ecosystem (Admin API, Storefront API, webhooks).
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Understanding of responsive design and web performance.

Nice to Have

• Experience building custom Shopify apps and working with Shopify Polaris.
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of SEO and e-commerce conversion best practices.
