Full Stack Developer / Automation / Integration Engineer – Capital Markets & Asset Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer / Automation / Integration Engineer with strong expertise in Capital Markets and Asset Management. The ideal candidate will design automation solutions, develop enterprise integrations, and streamline investment operations across trade processing, settlement, corporate actions, and custody services.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation solutions for Asset Management and Investment Operations.
• Build integrations for Corporate Actions using SWIFT MT5xx messaging.
• Develop trade confirmation and post-trade integrations with DTCC.
• Enhance trade settlement processes through SWIFT integrations with Custodian Banks.
• Design approval workflows with configurable authorization and payment thresholds.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and integration services using XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.
• Generate secure, electronically signed PDF documents for trust-compliant transactions.
• Optimize SQL queries and ensure high-performance database operations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in Full Stack Development, Automation, or System Integration.
• Strong programming skills in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with SWIFT MT5xx, DTCC, and financial messaging.
• Experience with REST APIs, XML, JSON, and file-based integrations.
• Strong expertise in SQL and relational databases.
• Mandatory Domain Experience: Capital Markets, Asset Management, Investment Operations, Custody Services, Trade Lifecycle, Corporate Actions, and Trust Operations.
