Job Description
Role Overview
As an Azure DevOps Tool Development specialist, you will develop, maintain, and enhance organizational Azure DevOps process templates, including the creation of complementary tools and extensions. You will act as a consultant to support stakeholders in adopting Agile (SAFe) methodologies and ensuring the effective application of Azure DevOps solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance organizational Azure DevOps process templates and associated tools/extensions.
- Resolve environment issues and implement new features based on business requirements.
- Deliver consulting, training sessions, and maintain documentation regarding Azure DevOps best practices.
- Support stakeholders in adopting Agile (SAFe) workflows.
- Handle process template migrations, such as moving from on-prem XML-based templates to inherited process models.
- Configure work item states, transitions, and rules to align with team workflows.
Requirements
- B.E. / B. Tech / MCA/ M. Tech/ MSc in Computer Science.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Azure DevOps management.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability in analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.
- Strong presentation and persuasive communication skills.
