Flutter Developer Intern

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer Intern to join our team in Chennai. You will be responsible for designing and developing user-friendly mobile applications while learning industry-standard mobile app architecture and design patterns.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter
• Write clean, readable and maintainable code following best practices
• Assist in implementing new features and functionality as per project requirements
• Debug and fix issues in existing applications
• Integrate REST APIs and handle JSON data
• Ensure application performance, quality and responsiveness
• Write basic unit and widget tests and help maintain test coverage
• Learn and follow mobile app architecture and design patterns

Requirements

• 0–1 year of experience or strong knowledge in Flutter & Dart
• Understanding of StatelessWidget and StatefulWidget
• Basic knowledge of mobile app lifecycle
• Familiarity with REST API integration
• Understanding of state management (Provider / ChangeNotifier – basic)
• Good programming and debugging skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Ability to commute/relocate to Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Firebase (Authentication, FCM)
• Basic knowledge of Git / version control
• Understanding of MVC / MVVM architecture
• Internship or academic project experience in Flutter
