Full Stack Developer (PHP/Laravel, Node.js/Express & React)

Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Full Stack Developer to join our technology team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in developing scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, MySQL, and MongoDB. This role involves the complete software lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, server management, and post-deployment support. Mandatory experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted software development is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.
• Build robust backend services using PHP/Laravel and Node.js (Express).
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React.
• Design and optimize MySQL and MongoDB databases.
• Perform end-to-end testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
• Plan, execute, and monitor production deployments with minimal downtime.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux production servers, including Nginx/Apache, PM2, and SSL certificates.
• Utilize Claude Code and AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Proven experience independently handling development, testing, production deployment, and server management.
• Strong understanding of Linux environments and production infrastructure.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Claude Code and AI-assisted development.
• Experience troubleshooting live production issues under time-sensitive conditions.
• Strong understanding of application security and performance optimization.
