Role Overview

Join a Top US MNC to build and scale large-scale enterprise platforms, cloud-native applications, SaaS products, and AI-powered business solutions. This 100% Remote role involves collaborating with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business needs into high-impact technology solutions used by millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to gather and document requirements.
• Elicit and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise applications.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze business processes for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.
• Work with UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support solution design, feature validation, and UAT.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends and business insights.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Systems Analyst.
• Strong experience in requirement documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories).
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in remote, distributed teams.
