Role Overview

Join SkillsCapital as a Software Engineer Intern (AI/ML & Agentic AI) to build production-grade AI products. You will work on the next generation of Agentic AI Recruiters, Talent Intelligence Systems, and Custom LLMs, contributing to an AI-native platform used by global customers across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-agent workflows and autonomous reasoning systems.
• Build RAG pipelines, vector search, and domain-specific LLM tuning.
• Implement semantic similarity models, recommendation systems, and ranking algorithms.
• Work on entity extraction, knowledge graphs, and embeddings.
• Develop Python services, APIs, and AI microservices.
• Deploy models and optimize performance in production environments.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Good understanding of machine learning fundamentals.
• Curiosity around LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, and Agentic AI.
• Ability to learn independently and solve complex problems.
• Passion for building production-ready products.
