Role Overview

Join SkillsCapital as a Software Engineer Intern (Full Stack) to help build an AI-Native Talent Intelligence Platform. Unlike traditional internships, you will work as part of the core engineering team, contributing to production systems, writing real code, and shipping features used by global customers across the U.S., U.K., Europe, and the Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Build REST APIs and scalable backend services.
• Develop intuitive user experiences and reusable UI components using modern web technologies.
• Integrate LLM-powered capabilities and build AI-assisted workflows.
• Develop semantic search experiences and intelligent recommendation systems.
• Work with cloud infrastructure to improve system reliability and scalability.
• Build internal tools and automation to improve developer productivity.

Requirements

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming.
• Basic understanding of databases and REST APIs.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development.
• Curiosity about AI, cloud technologies, and modern software architecture.
• A willingness to take ownership and learn quickly.
