UI/UX Designer

**Role Description** The UI/UX Designer role at Skribe is a full\-time hybrid position based in New Delhi. In this role, you'll own the end\-to\-end design process from understanding user problems to shipping clean, intuitive interfaces for a platform used daily by business users who need clarity, speed, and trust in every screen. **What You'll Do** ● Translate product requirements and user problems into wireframes, flows, and high\-fidelity UI ● Design and maintain a consistent design system/component library in Figma ● Design data\-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, reports) that stay clear and usable at scale ● Collaborate closely with the PM and engineering to scope, refine, and ship features ● Create marketing/collateral assets in Canva when needed (landing pages, one\-pagers, social creatives) ● Conduct or assist in lightweight user research/usability checks and iterate based on feedback ● Own the visual and interaction quality bar across the product **Skill Requireme
