What you will do: Develop & Architect • Solve complex technical problems and write scalable, production-grade code. • Architect resilient and secure systems that scale with rapidly growing demand. • Own CI/CD, deployments, observability, and uptime, ensuring smooth operations.Execute & Lead • Drive features end-to-end: design → implementation → deployment → monitoring. • Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions. • Own team execution — identify bottlenecks, prioritize work, and deliver consistently. • Partner with Product & Business to translate requirements into robust tech solutions.You’re a good fit if you have: • 1–5 years of experience at a product-first company • Deep hands-on expertise in building and scaling web applications - frontend, backend, or both • Strong proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (React or Angular) or backend stack (Node.js, Java, Python, Go, etc.) • Solid understanding of system design - whether that's frontend architecture and scalable UI systems, or distributed systems and microservices • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows • Comfortable working across the stack or going deep in one layer, depending on the problem at handThe mindset we’re seeking: • You’ve mentored…
