AI Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent applications and AI-powered solutions. This is a full-time position located in Lucknow or available remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
• Develop and integrate Generative AI and LLM-based solutions into applications.
• Integrate third-party AI services and APIs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar platforms.
• Build and implement AI-powered features, chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent applications.
• Develop data pipelines for data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, and transformation.
• Work with APIs and backend services to integrate AI functionality with existing systems.
• Optimize AI models and solutions for performance, scalability, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
• Deploy and maintain AI/ML solutions in cloud and production environments.
• Collaborate with software developers, product teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Conduct testing, debugging, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI applications.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI, ML, Generative AI, and automation technologies.
• Maintain proper technical documentation for models, APIs, workflows, and implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Good understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI concepts.
• Hands-on experience with frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and data preprocessing.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, NLP, and AI API integration.
• Understanding of REST APIs and backend development.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative software development practices.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
