Technical Product Support Engineer

Role Overview

As a Technical Product Support Engineer, you'll work directly with the founder to deliver world-class support to our customers. This role combines technical troubleshooting, product expertise, trading and finance knowledge, and customer communication. You will investigate customer issues, understand trading workflows, identify root causes, and become an expert on a leading FinTech SaaS platform used by traders worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality chat and email support while delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues with strong analytical thinking.
• Investigate and reproduce customer-reported issues to identify root causes.
• Learn complex product features, trading workflows, and financial concepts independently.
• Clearly explain technical concepts and product features through excellent written communication.

Requirements

• Strong technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of trading or financial markets or a genuine passion to learn them.
• Ability to work during US Market Hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Background in Software Engineering, QA, Technical Support, or Computer Science.
