AI Automation Intern

Role Overview

Snackible is a fast-growing healthy snacks brand focused on making guilt-free snacking accessible and enjoyable. We are building a data-driven and highly automated organization and are looking for a tech-savvy intern to help accelerate that journey. As a Programming & AI Automation Intern, you will work closely with the Founder’s Office to build automations, deploy AI tools, and improve internal workflows across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build automation tools for internal workflows across sales, operations, finance, and marketing
• Use AI tools and APIs to improve productivity across teams
• Develop scripts and integrations for tools like Google Sheets, Shopify, CRMs, and internal dashboards
• Automate repetitive tasks such as data processing, reporting, email workflows, and lead management
• Assist the founder in implementing AI-driven solutions for organizational efficiency
• Build small internal tools and dashboards for data tracking and decision making
• Experiment with AI agents, GPT workflows, and automation frameworks

Requirements

• Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar
• Familiarity with APIs, automation tools, or scripting
• Experience with Google Sheets automation, Apps Script
• Interest in AI tools, LLMs, and productivity automation
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
• Curiosity to experiment with new AI tools and workflows
