WordPress Web Developer

Role Overview

We’re hiring a WordPress Web Developer to help build and update websites for our healthcare clients. Your main job will be to recreate existing website designs in WordPress and make sure everything looks perfect on desktop, tablet, and mobile. We use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude every day to work faster, so you’ll need to be comfortable using them too.

Responsibilities

• Build and update WordPress pages using Elementor, Divi, and Gutenberg
• Match fonts, colors, spacing, and layouts to existing websites
• Fix layout issues with basic HTML & CSS
• Use AI tools to write code, troubleshoot, and speed up work
• Ensure pages are mobile responsive and follow basic SEO best practices
• QA your own report

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on WordPress experience
• Experience with at least 2 page builders: Elementor, Divi, or Gutenberg
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design
• Basic SEO and image editing skills
• Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot
• Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of web accessibility WCAG
• Experience with US-based client websites
• WordPress troubleshooting skills
