Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of hands-on experience with AWS and a strong interest in cloud infrastructure, automation, and deployment practices. You will be responsible for managing cloud environments, automating deployments, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage AWS cloud infrastructure and production environments.
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications across development and production environments.
- Configure and administer Linux servers.
- Automate deployment and operational workflows.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline release and deployment processes.
- Implement security best practices for cloud infrastructure and DevOps workflows.
Requirements
- 1 Year of experience (Preferred experience with AWS).
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, etc.).
- Understanding of Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
- Knowledge of Linux server administration.
- Understanding of Git and version control.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Shell, Bash, or Python).
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus or Grafana.
- Experience with Fastly CDN or other CDN services.
