Role Overview
The Junior Front End Developer supports the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of modern web applications with a focus on Angular and responsive user experiences. Working alongside experienced engineers, Product, UX/UI, and QA teams, this role contributes to the delivery of high-quality software while building technical expertise in frontend development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Angular and related frontend technologies.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established development standards.
- Implement user interface designs and product requirements under the guidance of senior developers.
- Troubleshoot frontend bugs and user interface issues across browsers and devices.
- Apply frontend development best practices, coding standards, and accessibility principles.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining unit tests for frontend components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and QA Engineers.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Familiarity with Angular or another modern frontend framework such as React or Vue.
- Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- Up to two years of experience in frontend development through internships, co-ops, or academic projects.
